The house is in Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County, in Kenya’s Aberdare region. Guests can work in their rooms, use shared workspaces and join others for meals.

Grand Burnham Hut has an established connection with the Maggie Kay Foundation, whose work centres on school gardens and child wellbeing.
Guests interested in school gardens or community partnerships can contact the Foundation. Visits require a separate agreement with the relevant school or host.
Meet the Maggie Kay FoundationA residency fee is payment for the agreed stay. It is not automatically a charitable donation, and no fixed donation percentage is promised.
